We want you to be completely satisfied with your home comfort investment, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most unused products in their original packaging. Please note that custom installations and oversized furniture items may be subject to specific restocking fees.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and protective materials are included.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for oversized items.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
